ISO 9000 is a worldwide standard that evaluates, codifies and documents
the quality of a company's products, procedures, training, implimentation,
delivery, failure control and customer satisfaction.

I attended an "ISO 9000 Readiness" class today.

The instructor's (presumably non-ISO-complient) answer to a question of 
mine was:  "I'm not really sure of your question, but let me answer it."
